All students must have regular access to e-mail and have a dedicated e-mail address to fully participate in their program of study. All students must have access to a web browser to access the Student Portal which is the structure through which all distance courses are delivered. Chrome and Firefox are the recommended web browsers. All courses utilize news forums. All courses also regularly utilize e-mail with the faculty and other students throughout the academic year, and videoconferences using Zoom regularly occur between faculty and students. Therefore, all students must have a computer with a camera and microphone and adequate bandwidth (wired or wireless min. 3G) to accommodate videoconferencing, as well as downloading and uploading documents to the student portal on the learning management system. The Zoom system supports the following browsers:

  • Windows: Edge 12+, Firefox 27+, Chrome 30+
  • macOS: Safari 7+, Firefox 27+, Chrome 30+
  • Linux: Firefox 27+, Chrome 30+
